Production labor in Minneapolis.Local crew. Local rooms. No flying anyone in.
American Horse Labor Co. is a Minneapolis-based event production labor company. Our crew lives here. We work the Twin Cities full-time — Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Bloomington, Edina, Saint Louis Park, Prior Lake, and the rest of the metro — plus out-state Minnesota dates as the schedule allows.
If you're a venue, a tour, a promoter, a corporate planner, or a production company landing a show in the Twin Cities, AHLC is the labor call. We're not contracting from out-of-market. We know the rooms, we know the freight elevators, we know the parking, we know the unions where they apply, and we know the staff. That's worth something on a tight load in.
What we do for Minneapolis events
- Concert & tour labor at Target Center, Xcel Energy Center, US Bank Stadium, and Target Field
- Theater & club calls at The Armory, Uptown Theater, Varsity Theater, Myth Live, and venues across the metro
- Festival crews for summer outdoor series and multi-day builds
- Corporate & convention A/V at the Minneapolis Convention Center, hotel ballrooms, and corporate campuses
- Sporting event crews for arena and stadium production calls
- Emergency 24-hour calls when something falls off the deck and a tour needs hands tomorrow
Service area
Twin Cities Metro full coverage: Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Bloomington, Edina, Saint Louis Park, Roseville, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Prior Lake, Eagan, and surrounding suburbs. We also take greater Minnesota and out-state calls — Duluth, Mankato, Rochester, Saint Cloud — when crew is available.
Why local matters
Production labor isn't generic. Every venue has its own load in pattern, its own bay, its own staff. Hiring a local Minneapolis crew means the people walking onto your show have already worked the room — often dozens of times. It saves time, it saves redundant explanations, and it cuts the small mistakes that cost a tour an hour they don't have.
That local muscle memory is what AHLC sells. The Twin Cities production scene is small enough that knowing the rooms is a competitive advantage. We know the rooms.
