American Horse Labor Co. is a Minneapolis, Minnesota event production labor company. We supply professional stagehands, technicians, and production crews to concerts, tours, festivals, corporate events, conferences, galas, and sporting events across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.

We started in 2015 because somebody actually had to do it right. The Minneapolis production scene was busy, but it was hit-or-miss on labor — too many last-minute fills, too many warm bodies. The work deserved better.

Ten years later we run a roster of more than 200 trained crew members who have logged 1,500+ events across 30+ Minnesota venues. The crew is veterans. People who know loading docks, know venue quirks, know how to take a call without a walkthrough.

What we do

We are event production labor. Stagehands, riggers, audio technicians, lighting techs, video crew, stage carpenters, forklift operators, and corporate A/V crew. We work alongside venue staff and touring crews — not around them. It's smoother that way.

Where we work

Our service area is the Twin Cities Metro and greater Minnesota. We've worked every major venue in the region — US Bank Stadium, Target Field, Target Center, Xcel Energy Center, The Armory, Mystic Lake Amphitheater, Uptown Theater, Varsity Theater, and Myth Live — and a long list of theaters, ballrooms, and convention spaces beyond that. Because the job hasn't changed and neither have we. Production labor is a craft. It's also a service. We show up on time, we know the room, and we don't make it weird. The work gets done. There's a reason we get called back.
