Production crews across greater Minnesota.Out-state is still home state.
AHLC frequently crews shows well beyond the Twin Cities metro. Duluth, Rochester, Saint Cloud, Mankato, Bemidji, Detroit Lakes, Hinckley, Welch — the out-state arena, casino, and festival circuit that runs all year and gets busy every summer.
Most of these markets are inside a two-hour drive of the Twin Cities, which makes them the easiest regional work we do. Rochester and Mankato are ninety minutes. Saint Cloud is barely over an hour. For a lot of out-state Minnesota, a Twin Cities crew is a same-day call with no travel premium worth arguing about.
The casino circuit is the quiet volume. Treasure Island, Grand Casino Hinckley and Mille Lacs, Black Bear, Shooting Star, Jackpot Junction — showrooms and event centers running national touring acts on a steady calendar, usually with a small in-house crew and a need for hands on show days. That's a call we're built for.
Rooms in this market
These are the buildings this market's production calendar runs through. We're not claiming a résumé in every one — we're telling you which rooms a call here means. If your show is in one of them, ask and we'll tell you straight what we can put in it.

Lead time and travel
Saint Cloud, Rochester, Mankato, Hinckley, and Welch are inside ninety minutes and run as ordinary same-day calls. Duluth at two hours and twenty minutes is same-day for most call times. Bemidji and Detroit Lakes are three and a half hours and usually mean an overnight, especially on a summer festival run.
Travel is quoted up front. On the near markets it's minimal. On a northern festival with a multi-day build it's a real line item, and you'll see it before you approve anything.

Tell us the venue, the date, the event type, and roughly how many hands. Multi-day festival or fair work — send the whole run rather than one day, it's easier to crew well and it prices better. We respond within 24 hours.
